Zachary High School will once again host Coach Brew's Z Mega Camp on Saturday, June 13, giving young athletes an opportunity to learn the game of football from experienced high school coaches in a competitive and energetic environment.
The camp is open to students entering 1st through 9th grade and is designed to help players improve their football fundamentals, sharpen technique and gain valuable instruction on and off the field.
Participants will receive early evaluations from certified high school coaches while competing in drills and skill development activities throughout the day.
Check-in for the camp will begin at 7:59 a.m. and run through 8:40 a.m., with opening remarks starting at 8:50 a.m. Lunch will be served at 11:45 a.m. Along with the distribution of camp t shirts.
Athletes are encouraged to wear athletic attire, and cleats are recommended.
The cost for the camp is:
- Early Registration: $65
- Walk-Up Registration (Day Of): $75
Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the camp atmosphere, but for safety reasons, spectators will not be allowed on the field during camp activities.
Players are also encouraged to stay hydrated and eat a good breakfast before arriving at camp.
