Coach Ken Hilton is beginning his 2nd year at Zachary High School as Inside Linebacker Coach. He is entering his 26th year of coaching high school football. Ken is a 1993 graduate of Baker High School where he played both offensive and defensive lineman. He received All-District, All-Parish and All-State honors. He furthered his career playing offensive line and defensive line for McNeese State University graduating in 1998. Ken went on to receive is Masters degree from Southern University in 2001. Coach Hilton has extensive coaching experience, including being Head Football Coach at Baker High (his alma mater), McKinley High and Scotlandville High School. He was named All-Metro Coach of the Year in 2006 and 2011. Coach Hilton was also Defensive Coordinator at Central High, Plaquemine High and Redemptorist High School. Ken married Tanya Knighten in 2001 and together they have two children; daughter Kennedi (2022 Graduate of ZHS) and son Kenric (Future Graduate of ZHS).
