SCOTT PELLEGRIN

Coach Scott Pellegrin is entering his 14th season as a high school football coach and 1st season with the Zachary Broncos Football Program as Safeties Coach.

Coach Pell spent last season as the Head Coach at Woodlawn High School in Baton Rouge. Under his leadership, the Panthers went 5-5 with a LHSAA playoff berth.

Prior to his arrival at Woodlawn, Coach Pellegrin spent 4 years at East Ascension High School as the Defensive Coordinator.

Coach Pellegrin spent one year as the Defensive Coordinator at Liberty Magnet in Baton Rouge. He was part of the revival of the Patriots’ football program.

Before moving to the Baton Rouge area, he coached five years at South Lafourche High School in Galliano, LA. During his stint with the Tarpons, Coach Pell served in a variety of positions. He served as Defensive Coordinator for the 2017 and 2018 seasons. He spent the 2016 season as Special Teams Coordinator. Upon arriving at South Lafourche in 2014, Coach Pell served as an offensive assistant working with the Offensive Line.

Coach Pellegrin started his coaching career at E.D. White Catholic High School as an assistant coach for two seasons. In 2012, he joined the Cardinals as a defensive assistant. In 2013, he served as the Offensive Line coach.

Scott is a 2017 graduate of LSU where he earned a master’s degree in educational leadership. He earned an undergraduate degree at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana in 2014.

Scott attended South Terrebonne High School in Bourg, Louisiana where he was a four-year defensive back and two-year letterman for the Gator football team.

Coach Pellegrin resides in Prairieville with his wife of 3 years, Hailey.
