Coach Jason Davis begins his 22nd year at ZHS as offensive line coach. Jason is a 1998 graduate of A.M. Barbe High School in Lake Charles where he was a three-year letterman in both football and track, receiving All-State honors in both sports. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance for McNeese State University. While attending McNeese, he was a four year letterman in football, earing awards for 1st Team All-Louisiana, All-Conference, and 1st Team All-American. Coach Davis’s experience at ZHS includes 3 State Quarterfinal appearances 2005, 2013, and 2020, 4 State Semifinal appearances in 2014, 2016, 2019 and 2022, 1 State Runner-up in 2023 and 4 State Championships Titles in 2015, 2017, 2018 & 2021. Jason and his wife Michelle, who is also a teacher, have one daughter: Mya.
