Zachary High School will celebrate a historic year for its basketball programs with a Championship Celebration Fundraiser on Thursday, April 30, honoring both the boys' and girls' teams following their state title victories.
The event will kick off at 4:30 p.m. with a community parade beginning at Subway, giving fans, families, and supporters an opportunity to show their Bronco pride and celebrate the teams' incredible achievements.
At 5:00 p.m., the celebration continues with a state title tailgate featuring on-site food trucks, creating a fun, family-friendly atmosphere for the entire Zachary community.
The evening will culminate at 6:00 p.m. in the main gym with the official championship celebration, where both teams and their accomplishments will be recognized.
The event will also feature live music, giveaways, and interactive games, including students vs. teachers and students vs. Zachary Police Department/Zachary Fire Department matchups, adding to the excitement of the night.
This celebration not only honors the dedication and success of Zachary's student-athletes and coaches, but also serves as a fundraiser to support the continued growth of the basketball programs.
All fans and community members are encouraged to come out, celebrate, and be part of a special night for Zachary basketball.
