The Broncos punched their ticket to the next round of the playoffs with a hard-fought 61–58 victory over Northshore High School in the quarterfinal round. In a game that came down to the final moments, the Broncos showed poise and resilience to hold off a late Northshore push and secure the win.

From the opening tip, both teams battled in a physical and fast-paced matchup. The Broncos executed well on both ends of the floor, knocking down key shots and playing tough defense throughout the night. Northshore kept the pressure on, but the Broncos stayed composed when it mattered most.

With the victory, the Broncos now advance to the semifinal round of the playoffs.

The team will face Denham Springs this Thursday at 6:15 PM at the Burton Coliseum Complex in Lafayette. The match up will determine who moves on to the state championship game, and the Broncos will look to carry the same intensity and determination that propelled them past Northshore.
